Current behaviour
The contact form runs its checks in the browser, without sending the content to a server. Search and filters work locally; localStorage is not used to store what you type.
Tracking and consent
The site produces events in its own dataLayer, each preceded by a pageData push declaring the language, the page type and other global parameters. The Google Tag Manager container is loaded only during a lab session started by the account holder.
The default consent state is «denied» for statistics, advertising and personalisation, and it is declared before any tag is loaded. This description does not guarantee the absence of technical server or browser logs.

Resetting returns every signal to «denied» and brings the banner back. Remember that withdrawing consent does not erase what a tag has already sent.
